Our first stop was Bai Tho Mountain, where an ancient temple nestled quietly at its base. The air grew still, carrying whispers of centuries past. We paused to admire the poem carved into the mountain's stone by Emperor Lê Thánh Tông, the faded characters standing as a testament to time and tradition.
Back on our bikes, we wove through narrow streets until the salty scent of fresh seafood led us to the bustling market.
