The Tour

What to expect.

A full day from Da Nang into the former imperial capital of Hue. Travel through the Hai Van Tunnel, the longest in Southeast Asia, to reach the riverside Thien Mu Pagoda, the grand Imperial Citadel and the ornate tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh, with a Vietnamese set lunch along the way. Hotel Pick-up & Drive North

Collected from your hotel to join a small group heading north through the Hai Van Tunnel toward Hue.

Lang Co & Craft Stops

A short break to visit the Lang Co Bay pearl workshop and a Melaleuca oil craft village known for its fragrant essential oils.

11:00 AM

Thien Mu Pagoda

First stop in Hue: the iconic riverside Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest religious sites in central Vietnam.

12:00 PM

Set-Menu Lunch

A Vietnamese set lunch at a local restaurant before the royal tour begins.

1:00 PM

Imperial Citadel of Hue

Explore Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, the Forbidden Purple City, The Mieu Temple and Hien Lam Pavilion.

3:00 PM

Khai Dinh Tomb

The tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh, a blend of Eastern and Western design with ornate mosaics and dragon staircases.

4:00 PM

Return to Da Nang

Drive back to Da Nang and drop-off at your hotel, arriving around 6:00 PM.
