Vera is a modern day cruise built for travellers who want the iconic Ha Long Bay highlights in a single, well-paced day - the headline caves, an island climb and a swim, without the crowds rushing you through. The boat carries up to 99 guests across a spacious sundeck, an air-conditioned restaurant and an open-air jacuzzi looking out over the water.

You sail the classic route past the bay's most photographed karsts and rock formations, into Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, kayak or take a bamboo boat through Luon Cave, then climb or swim at Titop Island before a sunset party brings the day to a close on the way back to port.

Day Trip

Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi

07:30–08:15A private limousine collects you from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter for the drive to the coast.

10:30Arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port, check in and board Vera with a welcome drink and a short briefing.

11:00The cruise sets off into Ha Long Bay, sailing past iconic karsts and rock formations - Human Head Rock, the Thumb and more.

12:00Gourmet seafood buffet lunch served on board as you cruise through the bay.

13:00Explore Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, the largest and most spectacular cave in Ha Long Bay.

14:00Kayak or take a bamboo boat through Luon Cave, gliding beneath towering cliffs into a hidden lagoon.

15:00Titop Island - swim from the sandy beach or hike to the summit for a 360° panorama of the bay.

16:00Sunset party back on board: tea, fruit and snacks on the sundeck, with time in the outdoor jacuzzi.

17:30–18:00The cruise returns to port; transfer back toward Hanoi.
